We carry a large selection of software and fonts. It is not possible to keep all versions of software, so please refer to the guidelines below.

You can supply your artwork using the following media: CD, DVD, Zip Drive, or USB Flash Drive. We can also receive files up to 20mb by email or by FTP for very large files.

We accept the following file types:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Corel Draw
- Pagemaker
- Acrobat Professional
- Microsoft Publisher
- PDF Files

Vector and Bitmap formats we accept:
- EPS, AI, CDR, TIFF, JPEG

For digital copying we can also accept:
- Microsoft Word

SEND ARTWORK

What we need from you:
- The original native file(s)
- Related files including placed images, fonts, etc.
- A color or black and white proof for reference
- Pantone colors where appropriate

If Pantone references or a color proof are not provided, we will print directly from your file and will not be held responsible for unpredictable results as color matches cannot be guaranteed.

IF YOU PROVIDE YOUR ARTWORK IN PDF FORMAT PLEASE SEND US ANY FONTS USED SEPARATELY, EMBED THE FONTS OR CONVERT TO OUTLINE FONTS IN THE APPLICATION SOFTWARE BEFORE EXPORTING TO PDF.

WORD, EXCEL OR POWERPOINT DOCUMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS ARTWORK FILES.

GENERALLY SPEAKING, the following guidelines must be followed. If in doubt, or have questions, please contact us.

All fonts and images must be included in the files. Convert fonts to outlines, or supply the font(s). Images must be supplied or embedded. Vector images are always preferred for art. If scanned, black and white images should be 600 dpi at print size. Grayscale images scan at 300 dpi at print size. Color images scan at 300 dpi at print size. Color photos and images as CMYK. RGB images are not accepted and will be rejected.
